Lovely site; I'm enjoying the mail archives as well.

After clicking through the first few mails in the archive I've spotted 
a pattern.  People who complain about your site have awful grammar.

For example Doug Holton seems to think that:

"There are no dumb questions, only dumb answers.  Your
site encourages more of the latter, not less of the
former."

He should have a look at:

Joey thinks that smart people don't split infinitives:

i think your site is hilarious, but there is one thing that sticks out  
that detracts from its poignancy.  "you appear to not be one of them"  
contains a split infinitive.  the sentence shoud read, "you appear not 
to  be one of them."  "smart people" wouldn't split infinitives.  just 
fyi.
